The LiveU Solo shows that it is transmitting but I don't see any ingested feed in IRLToolkit.

If the LiveU Solo is transmitting but no video is appearing in IRLToolkit (or similar service), follow these steps:

1. Ensure that in the Solo Portal (https://solo.liveu.tv), your IRL Backpack's LiveU Solo has an active saved streaming destination. Note: the LiveU must be powered on and connected to the internet (thru WiFi or a Solo Connect modem that is plugged into the LiveU) for the destination to save.

2. If you already saved a destination to the account, but it doesn't show it saved to your Solo, click “Add New Destination” and scroll to the bottom of the “New Destination” page and it should be listed under “Saved Destinations”. You can select it here when the LiveU is powered on and connected to the internet to save it to the Solo.

3. Check that the settings of this destination profile match with the settings provided by the streaming service. See the IRLToolkit Configuration guide here.

4. The Destination Name you assigned to your saved destination will appear on the screen of the Solo and in the destination section in the Solo Portal when it has saved successfully.

5. If you've purchased Solo Connect in the past, check the status of your subscription in the Solo Portal here to see if it's active.

6. If you just purchased a subscription to Solo Connect or LRT, please allow up to 48 hours for these services to be fully activated on your LiveU Solo.

6. Once fully activated, you'll see an option in the Solo Portal (https://solo.liveu.tv) to toggle LRT On/Off and be able to select an LRT “Zone”.

7. Ensure you have enabled LRT and selected the “Zone” that is geographically closest to where you are streaming from the list below:

You may see other names in your region list but they are likely obsolete servers that have been replaced by the ones above which support newer technologies. You should keep LRT enabled at all times to maximize the reliability of your IRL setup.
