The LiveU Solo is showing no connections or only one.
Learn more about the LiveU Solo showing no connections or only one.
If the LiveU Solo is only using 1 connection or has no connection, follow these steps:
- If you've purchased Solo Connect in the past, check the status of your subscription in the Solo Portal (https://solo.liveu.tv) to see if it's active.
- If you've only just purchased a subscription to Solo Connect or LRT, please allow up to 48 hours for these services to be fully activated on your device.
Once fully activated, you'll see an option in the Solo Portal (https://solo.liveu.tv) to toggle LRT On/Off and be able to select an LRT “Zone”.
Ensure you have enabled LRT and selected the “Zone” that is geographically closest to where you are streaming from the list below:
| Australia_Melbourne | India_Mumbai | UAE_Dubai |
| Australia_Sydney | Italy_Milan | UK_London |
| Brazil_Sao_Paulo | Japan_Osaka | UK_Newport |
| Canada_Montreal | Japan_Tokyo | USA_Ashburn |
| Germany_Frankfurt | Singapore | USA_San_Jose |
You may see other names in your region list but they are likely obsolete servers that have been replaced by the ones above which support newer technologies. You should keep LRT enabled at all times to maximize the reliability of your IRL setup.
Check the physical connections with the modems including the USB extenders and Y-splitter cables.
Try moving to a different location in case you’re in a low signal area or cellular dead zone.
