The LiveU Solo is not charging.

If it appears your LiveU Solo isn't charging, follow these steps:

Check that the LiveU Solo is connected to the side pocket battery pack via the USB extender found in the lower bag compartment. On the black Power X1 battery bank, you must connect the LiveU to the port labeled “C1”.

With some batteries including the Anker 747, you are not able to charge the battery from the wall at the same time as charging the LiveU Solo and Camera (no passthrough charging) (Consider upgrading your IRL Backpack with official UnlimitedIRL batteries that support passthrough charging)
If the LiveU Solo internal battery was completely drained, please leave it charging for 3 minutes before attempting to turn it on and use it.
Most IRL Backpacks use a right angle extension cable to connect the battery pack and the LiveU's USB C power cable. Consider bypassing this right angle cable. With enough use, it may have gone bad.
