The camera is not charging.

If it appears the camera is not charging, follow these steps:

1. Check the cable loom USB is connected with the side pocket battery pack via the USB extender found in the lower bag compartment.

2. Make sure the side pocket battery pack is turned on and charged.

3. If you see no orange charge light near the cable ports of the camera or no on-screen charging symbol, try using another cable or power source to rule out issues with the camera. Please note that the orange charge light only appears when the camera is turned off.

4. If the camera internal battery was completely drained, please leave charging for 10 minutes before attempting to turn it on and use it.
