You will need to purchase a Solo Connect Starter kit to use this service. It also requires a LiveU Solo, Solo Pro, Solo+ or IRL Backpack.

To activate your Solo Connect plan, after receiving your Solo Connect Modem Kit in the mail, click on “Activate Solo Connect” on the main solo.liveu.tv portal after logging in. The serial number requested on the next page is printed on the back of each modem and on the Solo Connect box. The number is in the format: SC####-#####.

If you are activating a Solo Connect data plan, do not click “Add LRT” as it is included in your monthly Solo Connect pricing and a separate LRT plan is not needed. The Add LRT button will disappear when your Solo Connect modems have finished activating. The standalone LRT plan is intended for those using their own modem plans.

Activating two 2 Modem Kits for a total of 4 modems? If you have a stardard 4 modem kit, all 4 modems will share the same serial number so you can ignore this step.

If you bought 2 modems initially and are adding 2 more (or if you received your IRL Backpack before June 2024), you're able to access the 4 modem service and pricing via the “2x2” activation method. Just activate 1 of the 2 kits like you normally would, and create a support ticket by sending an email to solo.help@liveu.tv including:

1. Name and email address used on solo.liveu.tv portal

2. LiveU Solo Serial Number

3. Both Solo Connect modem kit serial numbers (begins with SC)

4. Explanation that you need a special “2x2” activation and pricing set-up. Also include the ‘solo-uirl’ reseller code.

1. Name and email address used on solo.liveu.tv portal

2. LiveU Solo Serial Number

4. Explanation of issue including screen shots if possible
