Can I upgrade or trade in my IRL Backpack for a LiveU Solo PRO?

Yes! LiveU has launched a Loyalty Program to acknowledge and reward all IRL Backpack v1-v6 & LiveU Solo users who upgrade to Solo PRO or the new IRL Backpack v7 (powered by Solo PRO).

The program grants a $250 credit to every registered LiveU Solo unit in your Solo Portal account, to be used towards Solo PRO services, such as LRT, Solo Connect, Solo PRO Connect or Stream Tools.

Already have an IRL Backpack with a LiveU Solo and want to upgrade to Solo PRO? For a limited time, UnlimitedIRL will provide a free power adapter to adapt the 20v battery pack included with IRL Backpack v1-v6 to the Solo PRO's USB C power input. To get it, simply contact support@unlimitedirl.com with the order confirmation number once you've completed your purchase and state that you're upgrading an older setup.

To redeem the $250 credit, simply activate a service (such as LRT, Solo Connect, Solo PRO Connect or Stream Tools) on your new Solo PRO while having a LiveU Solo (Solo HDMI, Solo SDI, or Solo Plus) registered on your account. The credit will be applied automatically to your account, and any future PRO service transactions will deduct from the credit before your payment method.

Please note that each LiveU Solo unit can only be claimed for loyalty credit once. However, you can receive a $250 credit for each current LiveU Solo registered in your account. You can view your credit balance on the Subscription Info page.

To qualify for the program, a LiveU Solo must have been registered in your account for more than one month, and you must have previously used any LiveU service on the same serial number (LRT or Solo Connect). Serial numbers registered to your account that are newer than one month or have never had an active service during their lifetime cannot be included in the Loyalty Program.
